    Having led culturally diverse teams in multiple geographies, he has delivered complex change across a range of sectors while working with big and small consulting firms, large corporates and government entities.

    Primarily London-based, Chris has also delivered transformational change in Abu Dhabi, Bucharest, Milan and San Francisco. Such a diverse background allows him to empathise with clients as they seek to transform.

    Chris is passionate about helping organisations navigate complex change and achieve their full potential. He believes that by combining strategic thinking with practical implementation, clients can overcome any challenge.

    Throughout her career in Financial Services and Consulting, Rhiannon has developed a passion for the need to build the right culture to achieve business success whether measured through an employee, customer or commercial lens.

    Rhiannon now takes her experience, approach and expertise to work directly with organisations to better understand and articulate their culture in order to drive rapid and transformational change that benefits all stakeholders. Achieving this requires working with and supporting the development of leaders at all levels, whether through team coaching or development workshops.

    From her in-house leadership and consultancy experience, she is practised in working with, interviewing and coaching Board and Exec teams. She is a strong presenter and highly effective facilitator with a wealth of experience in leading focus groups, interactive group presentations and training events.

  • Mark Whybrow

    Commercial & Sales Coach

    Mark is a seasoned leader with a rich background spanning various blue-chip organisations in the UK and abroad, including ABF, Shell, Unilever, and Philips. Throughout his career, he has held numerous senior positions across diverse functions, encompassing Senior Sales Leadership, Retail, six-sigma change, and retail and business model Strategy, with both UK and international portfolios.

    In addition to his commercial leadership roles, Mark has contributed to process improvement initiatives within Philips while based in Europe, as well as participating in a private Management Buyout (MBO) in the UK.

    Mark’s professional repertoire extends beyond leadership, as he is a Licensed Practitioner of Insights, an Associate of ITZ, and an accomplished coach. Furthermore, he has lent his expertise as an expert witness in high court proceedings and  is a pro-bono mentor for start-ups within the Entrepreneurial Spark program.
